Hello and welcome to our site. We pride ourselves in creating any Machine Embroidery work that you can dream of. If you have seen it or if you can imagine it let us try to make it come to life.
A new edition to our business has been sublimation and Vinyl type work on T-shirts, Face Masks, Cutting Boards, Coasters and more. You will find a few examples on this page.
Some of these items include Designs as simple as company logo's on Polo shirts, baby blankets, cup sleeves, tote bags and even Footballs.
Recently we have been working on Company, Military and personal Logos that have taken more time to complete but they have also been very satisfying to produce. The best part of the work has to be the reactions of the customers when they see their ideas realized onto an item of their choosing.

Over the past few months we have tossed around an idea to add something new to our business. Customers have asked for a screen print type product or something like it. last year we added Vinyl to our system. This year we decided to add Sublimation.

What is Sublimation:

Simply stated its using special inks to print onto a sublimation paper and then heat pressed onto Sublimation treated or acceptable products. Some of these include High count polyester fabrics (shirts), Aluminum Frames, Coasters and more. The curve ball in this operation is the inks themselves. They are transparent so any material we use will be visible through the ink. That's why we use White materials if possible. This sounds limiting but there are many items we can make. There are ways to use dark color T-shirts or materials but that involved using a Vinyl addition for example Glitter Vinyl. T-shirt cost are between $18.00 and $20.00 plus tax and shipping.

Above is an example of sublimation on 100% Polyester Shirts from cricut. The colors are awesome. On the right is a face mask we made for our friends at Continuum Dance Company in San Angelo, TX. These Face Masks are made out of three layers of materials (Outer shell is 100% Polyester, center layer is a Stabilizer and the inside layer is 100% Cotton). The strings are elastic with a bead as an adjuster for fit. Face Mask Cost $11.00 plus tax and shipping if needed.

Last year we were asked to create a few chair covers for the Air Operations Center in Austin Texas, Camp Mabry. This location is used to support State Response Operations for the state. Some of these events include but not limited to Hurricanes, flooding and any other event that would require aerial platforms to be used. With the help of Lonnie Dunkin at Dunkin Art Works we were able to come up with custom fitting covers that supported the current chair already in the room. Lonnie created a custom cover and we did the embroidery work for this project.
Dunkin Art Works: Lonnie at Dunkin Art Works has helped us out over the past few years with creating digital art work that we then turn into either embroidery designs or recently into sublimation projects.
